Refund requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.

If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days, contact us. We’ll issue a refund, exchange, or store credit after 45 days if the order is not received.

If your order did not qualify for free shipping, the customer is responsible for all shipping fees (original and return).

If your order included free shipping, the customer only pays for return shipping.

• Wrong Address: If the address was incorrect, the package may be returned. You’ll be responsible for reshipment costs.
• Damaged Item: Please send photos for verification.
• Missing/Wrong Items: Send us clear photos and we’ll resolve it.
• Unclaimed Shipments: If an order is returned due to not being picked up, reshipment fees apply.
• EU Note: Per Directive 2011/83/EU, personalized or custom-made goods are not eligible for return.

• Received a damaged item – send clear images.
• Order was incomplete or never arrived.
• Accessories are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
• Orders already in fulfillment cannot be refunded or changed.
• Orders not received due to unpaid customs fees are non-refundable.
• Selecting the wrong size is not eligible for refund, exchange, or reshipment.
